It’s the 2nd Annual State of the Chester event, sponsored by the Chester River Association, on Wednesday April 19 from 5:30 to 7pm at Washington College’s Hynson Lounge. The health of the Chester River is important to the economy of the greater Chestertown area and at this important event, the Chester River Association will release the Chester River Report Card with the latest on the health of the Chester River.
