    Two juveniles were taken into custody and charged with vehicle theft on Friday night. WBOC reports on March 20 around 10:30 pm, Deputy Stephen Mayo identified the vehicle’s license plate from a “be on the look out” alert dispatch had sent earlier that evening.     The first of three co-defendants facing charges in connection to the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Christopher Parsley last June has received a 10-year jail sentence, with five years suspended.
